Kent first UK University to launch scholarship scheme for Romanian students
UK: Ratiu Foundation Scholarship at Kent University for Romanian Students

In a move which marks the entry of Romania to the EU in January 2007, the University of Kent has become the first UK university to be part of a financial support scheme for talented postgraduate students from the Eastern European country.

In partnership with the Ratiu Foundation UK, the University of Kent has developed a package which includes tuition fees at the home/EU rate and a £3,000 Ratiu Foundation Scholarship for two student places:

MSc in Information Security and Biometrics
MSc in Biomedical Imaging
The Ratiu Foundation was established in London in 1979 by Ion and Elisabeth Ratiu. Through its scholarships, the Foundation enables talented Romanian graduates and young professionals to gain skills in the UK which they can adapt and apply back home in Romania.

Singapore CN Yang Scholars Programme International Undergraduate Scholarships NTU
The CN Yang Scholars Programme is a premier undergraduate programme at Nanyang Technological University for science and engineering students. The programme is named in honour of Professor CN Yang, Nobel Laureate in Physics (1957) and one of the greatest scientists of our era.

Eligibility Criteria
The Scholars Programme is open to all nationalities.

The scholarship covers the following:

Tuition fee directly payable by students (after Tuition Grant)
Living allowance of $6,000 per annum
Book allowance of $500 per annum
Computer allowance of $1,500 (One-off)
Settling in allowance of $250 (One-off)
The CN Yang Scholar would be guaranteed a place in the hall of residence during the 4 years of his undergraduate life.

International Undergraduate Scholarships in Computer Science University of London
The Department of Computer Science offers a number of Departmental Undergraduate Scholarships for undergraduates at the start of their university studies. Candidates are eligible to try for a Scholarship by entering the Challenge. All entries will be assessed and the entry or entries judged to be the best will lead to the offer of a Scholarship which will be confirmed upon enrollment for that year.
